I have made some thank you cards because I was about to have my first real estate transaction. Unfortunately, today I found out it may not go through. I am going to keep my hopes up and I will be ready when I sell my first house~~~

Baja blue, basic black and whisper white CS
black staz on and baja blue ink
1 3/4 circle punch
corduroy button
valet ribbon

The flower and black circle are popped up with dimensionals

I love the colors of this card. Very spring weatherish. It has been beautiful here in Phoenix. I feel bad for those of you having snow. Let's get on with spring already! Of course, our spring is a light speed path to our HOT summer.

1 1/4 and 1 3/8 square punch
tangerine tango ribbon
I did rough up the edges of the green DSP
